We booked and paid in full for 2 nights at this hotel. When we arrived the lady on reception, who I assume was the owner, was downright rude.She wouldn't allow us to check in unless we paid a further 600 rupees on top of what we had already paid. I explained that Giobibo had already received our payment in full and I had an email confirming this. The lady told me that I would have to take that up with the booking site, but we would not be allowed to stay unless we paid the extra. We didn't stay here and we did get a refund from Giobibo.
